The exterior aerodynamic package consists of 3 primary packages. Up front is a new replacement front fascia that features larger carbon fiber air intakes for the radiators and elimination of the fog lights like the factory 997 GT2. A removable dry carbon fiber front lower spoiler adds additional down force to the front end while protecting the front bumper from any steep inclines or road hazards. The principal challenge of this front bumper was maximize weight savings . This was achieved by eliminating the fog lights, and replacing the factory plastic air ducts and hardware with carbon fiber ducting as a molded single component of the front bumper .

The V-RT rear bumper is also designed to offer the 997 Turbo with a wider stance with enlarged side intercooler extraction vents that house a replacement dry carbon fiber shroud that is approximately 35% larger for improved airflow through the intercoolers. The rear bumper also features a new molded carbon fiber rear diffuser with integrated twin aero fins that encompass the quad sport exhaust tips.

The V-RT rear end is completed with a carbon composite rear deck lid/engine cover with twin ram air scoops that feed air into the engine bay and air intake for maximum airflow and cooling. Additionally a carbon fiber wing blade enhances the final appearance while increasing down force to the rear of the vehicle at high speeds.

The V-306 twin 7 spoke 3-piece forged wheels shown are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires. The wheels feature a race-inspired center mesh design in 20x8.5J and 20x12J that are also available in 19 inch configurations with many personalized finish options.

Cargraphic has already produced an increase in power to 550 hp for the turbo version of the four-door Porsche

With its 4.8-litre V8 engine, the new Porsche Panamera offers enormous potential for power. However, even the turbo version reaches its limits at 368 kW/500 hp. But the Porsche specialists of Cargraphic in Germany are now showing what they're made of by achieving a ten per cent power upgrade.

With 404 kW/550 hp and a torque plus of 75 Nm, the acceleration is now just below the four-second mark. Even the speedometer needle gets a slight boost at top speed right around the 300 km/h mark. Thanks to the standard all-wheel drive and the efficient 7-speed PDK transmission, the extra power can be found exactly where it belongs: on the road.

Along with a DME control unit, the Cargraphic power kit includes a pair of sport air filters to allow the oxygen-hungry turbo to "breathe" even better. The price for the effective "speed package" developed in Landau is 1,495 euros (plus VAT). To make the special status of the Cargraphic Panamera even more prominent, the traditional company with a 25-year history can also happily provide various sets of
attractive alloy wheels. There is something to suit all tastes and standards, ranging from the sporty 19" IS-ONE flow-forming wheel to the extravagant three-piece 22" GT, GT-R and I-10 forged wheels. This lets the customer really show their true colours - especially as they are free to choose the paintwork of their aluminium rims.

The Porsche Panamera gets a new character in Winterlingen, Germany. LUMMA Design remains unimpressed by the four doors of the Gran Turismo. The engineers see an automobile with racing character, tailor a carbon coat to the outer shell and refine the interior with precious leather. This way, the Panamera turns into the LUMMA CLR 700 GT.

JE DESIGN, previously well known for its modifications of models from the VW Group, is now including another brand in its tuning range. THE sports car brand of all time: Porsche. Thanks to its experience with upmarket SUVs such as the VW Touareg and the Audi Q7, it was an easy step for JE DESIGN to provide the Porsche Cayenne with a new outfit and give it a more original appearance.

Muscular, sporty styling kit

The JE DESIGN styling program for the Porsche Cayenne (957 model) comprises at the front end a spoiler that gives the SUV a significantly more muscular look, with a centre segment that is particularly effective when its bottom section is painted in a different color. The JE DESIGN component is a perfect fit, and integrates ideally into the rest of the design. It also includes LED daytime running lights, which not only enhance the looks of the vehicle but also crucially improve safety. Because "seeing and being seen" prevents accidents. Headlight masks ensure that the headlights no longer stand out with such dominance above the cooling air inlets. By means of this relatively minor design stratagem, JE DESIGN manages to bring additional sporty flair to the front aspect, since the front end also now seems lower.

Once you start a job, you have to finish it. Essential features for the harmonious look include the side sills, conveying an impression of "more meat on the ribs" and giving more character to the Cayennes profile.

And of course a facelifted Porsche Cayenne also needs a suitably elegant conclusion. This is provided by JE DESIGN in the form of an extended rear apron with diffuser styling, so that the individualized appearance of the Cayenne's rear is also more appealing. As in the case of the original apron, the JE DESIGN component also has room on the left and right for the exhaust tailpipes. As a replacement for these, JE DESIGN also offers its own dual oval tailpipes made of stainless steel, which fit perfectly into the apertures.

JE DESIGN offers the parts as complete styling kit (tailpipes separately). In a second step, JE DESIGN offers the kit including LED entry lights, each with five LED light units fitted in the right and left-hand door sills, plus a six-light LED unit mounted on the extended rear apron.

Porsche Panamera makes World Debut in Shanghai

Stuttgart. Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, presented the Panamera to the world public today at the 13th Auto Shanghai. Joining the 911, the Cayenne, and the Boxster/Cayman, this new four-door Gran Turismo is Porsche’s fourth model series, with three variants entering the market in Germany on 12 September 2009. The Panamera is making its debut as an eight-cylinder delivering 400 and, respectively, 500 horsepower and with both rear-wheel and all-wheel drive, a six-cylinder gasoline model and a hybrid version following later.

Klaus Berning, Executive Vice-President Sales and Marketing of Porsche AG, expressed a clear view at the world debut of the Panamera: ”Introducing the Panamera, we are entering a market segment completely new for our customers and we are once again consistently expanding our model portfolio.“

Through its design and looks alone, the Panamera clearly stands out from the competition at very first sight. Like no other car in its class, it offers a truly unique combination of sporting performance and luxurious comfort. Despite its low and sleek silhouette so typical of Porsche, the Panamera, measuring 4.97 metres (195.7”) in length but only 1.42 metres (55.9”) in height, ensures a generous feeling of space on all four seats.

Wolfgang Dürheimer, Porsche’s Executive Vice-President Research and Development, added an equally clear statement: “Our engineers, technicians, and designers have invested all their know-how, years of experience, a wealth of ideas, and their full passion for sports cars in this four-seater Gran Turismo.“

The Panamera is introducing no less than five outstanding innovations in technology as world premieres to be admired for the first time in the luxury performance class – among them the first Start-Stop system in conjunction with automatic transmission, air suspension with additional air volume available on demand in each spring, as well as active aerodynamics with an adjustable, multi-dimensional, extendable rear spoiler on the Panamera Turbo.

Porsche’s Gran Turismo sets new standards in its market segment in terms of performance, driving dynamics and efficiency, benefiting from Porsche’s traditional core competences and years of experience in motorsport, since efficient and powerful engines, lightweight technologies, and optimised aerodynamics are crucial to success also on the race track. All models in the Panamera range come with Porsche Direct Fuel Injection, low-friction drive systems, and weight-optimised lightweight bodies.

Moving on to the suspension, the customer can choose among steel suspension or adaptive air suspension with a fully-controlled damper system.
